Welcome to DB's Gym

DB’s Gym was founded by Danny and Becky — two passionate fitness professionals with a combined 18 years of experience working in gyms.
After eight years of working side by side, their shared dream of opening a gym became a reality in March 2025, right in the heart of Crosshills. But this wasn’t just about building a space filled with machines and weights — it was about building a community.
At DB’s Gym, you’ll find a full range of equipment, free weights, and a variety of classes for all fitness levels — from total beginners to seasoned lifters. But our mission goes beyond fitness. We wanted to create a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and social — a place where everyone feels at home.
Growing up around gyms, we quickly realised they were more than just places to work out — they were places to connect, recharge, and grow. That’s the environment we’ve built at DB’s Gym. Whether you’re here for a workout, a class, or just a chat, you’ll always feel part of the family.

Learn to Lift – Beginner Class

A foundational class focusing on lifting technique, confidence, and form. Perfect for beginners looking to build strength safely.
Strength In Pairs – Class
🗓️ Monday & Wednesday @ 7PM
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
Partner up for a challenging strength-based workout designed to push boundaries and build teamwork.
Hybrid – Beginner Class
🗓️ Monday & Wednesday @ 7AM
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
A blend of functional fitness and bodyweight movement for beginners who want variety and progression in every session.
MILF (Mothers Into the Love of Fitness)
🗓️ Monday, Thursday & Friday @ 11AM
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
A fun and empowering class tailored for mums, focused on strength, endurance, and getting fit with confidence.
FriJay – Class

A Hyrox-inspired session with added intensity. Expect sled pushes, cardio tests, and major full-body burn.
Pain Cave – Class
🗓️ Saturday @ 7:30AM
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
A savage partner workout that will test your mental and physical limits. Not for the faint-hearted.
Detox – Class
🗓️ Sunday @ 8AM
⏱️ Duration: 40 minutes
A shorter, sweaty session designed to reset and sweat it out before the week starts.
